We are currently seeking a Director in our Learning & Development department to develop and manage on-boarding and training programs specifically targeted for CEB's revenue staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Partner with managers (individual revenue contributors and front line managers) of revenue support staff (staff that generate revenue activities for individual contributor execution) to independently develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training strategy/plan that results in enhanced client support and revenue generation.
· Identify needs, develop targeted programs, and deliver content to specific staff segments through blended learning initiatives. Training programs include both in person and e-learning delivery channels, and incorporate both group facilitation and hands-on/one-on-one staff coaching.
· Conduct sign off/certification for revenue staff.
· Inform strategic training direction through provision/application of staff feedback and “in the field” experience.
· Independently manage onboarding and certification processes for all new revenue hires.
A successful candidate will possess:
· 7+ years of revenue-specific training design/facilitation/coaching experience.
· Demonstrated knowledge of general revenue methodologies and processes.
· Proven track record of internal/external client management and success in cultivating relationships.
· Experience independently managing revenue training programs.
· Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
· Flexibility and adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities, and urgent situations that arise.
· Demonstrated experience with problem-solving/process improvement techniques and methodologies.
· Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team.
· Prior sales or account management experience highly desirable.
