Recruiter
Infinitive is currently seeking a full-time recruiter with a solid understanding of the sales process and recruitment life cycle to coordinate the staffing and hiring of our employees to meet project needs within our Commercial, Federal and Analytics divisions.
The successful incumbent will be able to partner with our executive team to anticipate talent needs and proactively participate in workforce planning/staffing by developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies to maintain a strong candidate pool.
Day-to-day activities include sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates; development of job descriptions and corresponding advertisements; maintenance of candidate database; participation in networking events; and management of salary negotiations and orientation process.
Previous experience recruiting in a management consulting and/or staffing/employment agency environment is beneficial; Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years relevant experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist in a small-midsized firm; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Most importantly, Infinitive’s recruiter will be proactive, have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy working in a collaborative, team setting, and be able to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment!
Incumbent must have knowledge of the management consulting industry and diverse recruiting experience across various industries/skill sets, including but not limited to: digital media and online advertising/web analytics; telecommunications/wireless, media/cable, finance/banking, not for profit/government.
