Managed wide range of HR and administrative operations within this large headquarters and its branches including recruiting, interviewing, training and development, staff supervision, planning and scheduling, employee reviews and evaluations, policies and procedures, work assignments, office budgets, wage surveys, and related functions. 

Supervised Staffing Managers (2), Coordinator (1), Legal Secretaries (180-200),  and Receptionists (10-12).

 

§  Instrumental in saving firm approximately $60,000 in legal secretary and receptionist administrative overtime charges and $10,000 in outside training fees.

§  Presented and led highly acclaimed Work Quality class for legal secretaries that had 90% attendance in three branch offices.  Created equally well-received Work Quality handouts.
