Director, Talent Management
The Director Talent Management oversees all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy and Talent Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in human resources or business administration program or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Progressively responsible work in Human Resources, including five years of experience advising and providing Human Resources consulting services for managers and five years of hospital (or comparable health care) experience.
