As a member of the ManTech International Corporation’s corporate Human Resources staff, the EEO, Employee Relations & Diversity Analyst will administers EEO programs in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and management directives.
· Participate in AAP development and communication/education of utilization goals; monitor goal progress; audit for compliance and provide audit representation; and prepare, submit, and maintain annual reports.
· Coordinate regular internal audits; compile and submit required statistical reports; and analyze statistics regarding employment data according to EEO, federal, state and city requirements.
· Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of a diversity and inclusion program; monitor and report on diversity representation; and analyze industry and company statistics.
· Review and approve adverse employment actions and perform risk assessment; provide advice to HR partners on risk mitigation and advise on employee relations issues of a moderate to difficult level.
· Investigate and mediate personnel issues; respond to external agency complaints; and participate in related mediation and conciliation.
· Manage unemployment claims/appeals and advise on related cost control issues.
· Conduct training needs assessment; develop and deliver training; and coach human resources staff to further their development of employee relations competencies.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (Human Resources) experience including knowledge of federal, state and city EEO statutes, regulations and guidelines.
