HR Generalist for the Revenue Function 

 

Title: Senior HR Generalist

Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist for the Revenue (sales, service, and renewals) function.  The primary focus of this position is to partner with the Chief Commercial Officer in all aspects of talent-related strategies and processes for the function.  Specifically, the Sr. HR Generalist designs, implements and manages human capital-related projects that support Revenue community strategic and operational objectives.  S/he also participates in strategic and operational planning for the function, oversees workforce planning and analytics, and develops and implements employee retention initiatives.  Additionally, he/she serves as the function’s liaison to specialist HR functions and activities, including compensation and benefits, recruiting, and staff upskilling/training.
