Responsible for the effective creation, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees in multiple locations and time zones. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and knowledge base of employees and managers. |

Job Duties: |
|
· Create progressive, relevant training curriculum and course materials to educate employees on all facets of HR. · Develop “trainer-the trainer” development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities. · Maintain corporate communications such as employee portal and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of events and general information. · Proactive planning/scheduling of Human Resource and other employee training including compliance. · Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; · Maintain accurate employee training records. · Manager third party training vendors and budget associated with training. · Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required. |

Required Skills/Qualifications: |
|
Education and Experience: · At least seven years of training development and delivery experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel or administration. · Must have training experience; and experience developing training curriculum, course materials and classes. · Experience in the communications industry and achievement of professional certification a plus. (example PHR/SPHR or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance- CPLP) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships. · Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills. · Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change. · Superior Organization skills. |
