Human Resources Assistant

 

Come Join Our Team!  DKW Communications, Inc. (DKW) is a government contractor who provides professional and technical services to the government.  DKW is actively seeking a highly motivated individual who can assist the Human Resources Director with the day-to-day operations for the human resources department in a fast-paced work environment.  The individual hired for this position will primarily be responsible for providing general administrative support for the Human Resources Department.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  personnel file administration, benefits administration, updating applicant flow, faxing and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years experience in the federal government contracting arena
  • Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with ongoing demands.
  • Demonstrated knowledge to navigate an applicant tracking system is a must.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
