Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

 

Come Join Our Team!  DKW Communications, Inc. (DKW) is a government contractor who provides professional and technical services to the government.  DKW is actively seeking a highly motivated individual who can assist the Human Resources Director with the day-to-day operations for the human resources department in a very fast-paced work environment.  The individual hired for this position will primarily be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, benefits and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years experience working directly for, or supporting a government contractor is a strong plus.  Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
  • Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts required.
  • Creative, think outside of the box recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with ongoing demands.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge to navigate an applicant tracking system is a must.  Experience with Taleo is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
