Each month from September to June, HRA-NCA holds a speaker presentation (also known as a chapter meeting). Each presentation draws a wide range of members and guests to learn about and discuss a current topic in human resource management. A single speaker or a panel will present the topic, and there is ample time for questions and discussion. Attendees can network and share HR experiences and advice. Chapter news and upcoming events are also presented by the President. HRA-NCA's monthly meetings are held in Washington, DC, this year at the Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006. The closest metro stop is Farragut North, located 1 block away at 17th and K Streets. Valet parking is available; there are also several garages and meters nearby.
