HRA-NCA MENTORING is here!
The HRA-NCA Mentoring Committee is now accepting Mentor and Mentee applications. The program will run from May 1st through October 31st, 2010. Applications will be due by April 9, 2010. Those admitted into the program will be required to attend a brief orientation program to be held on Thursday, April 22nd, 2010 from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the following location. Confirmations will be sent via email.

Volunteers Needed: The HRA-NCA Mentoring Committee needs Quality Assurance Leaders to help facilitate the mentoring relationship. Position Description: Call/Email participants monthly to ensure quality of program is being met; assist with conflict resolution; document all corespondence with program participants; present monthly report to chair; develop/refine program survey; communicate and distribute survey to participants;participate in matching process.
The accepted number of pairings will depend upon applications received and NOT volunteers available to manage the program. Incomplete applications will NOT be processed. All volunteers and participants must be HRA-NCA members in good standing throughout the program. To apply for HRA-NCA membership, click here.
