·  The 2004 HRA-NCA Compensation Survey is Here!

HRA-NCA, partnering with the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA), has just released its 25th annual compensation survey report, and it is now available to purchase. Kudos to the entire HRA-NCA Compensation Committee, a group of dedicated and professional volunteers and to Angelo Kostopolous and his team at AKRON, Inc, our enthusiastic and committed consultant. This year, almost 300 local employers reported the salaries of more than 60,000 employees in 298 different jobs. In addition, the Federal Government reported the median and average salaries of 160,000 employees in almost 200 jobs.

HRA-NCA also partnered with the Professional Services Council (PSC) to prepare a Government Contractors Survey Report for the first time in 2004, covering 18,000 employees in 60 companies. This report is also available for purchase.

Click below for more information about both 2004 Compensation Surveys. Individuals interested in joining the HRA-NCA Compensation Survey Committee should contact Boni King at (301) 454-1728.
