·  Emotional Intelligence-The Key to Great Leadership!

Transform your life and your work AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

People with well- developed emotional skills are more likely to be successful in their lives, mastering the habits that foster their own productivity. People who cannot gain some control over their emotional life fight inner battles that hamper their ability for focused work, clear thought and contentment. Extensive research confirms the importance and value to individuals and organizations of developing emotional intelligence (EI/EQ) competencies.

Join us at the March 9th HRA- NCA breakfast presentation and learn from Margaret Echols and Sandy Mobley, Master Certified Coaches & Trainers, all about Emotional Intelligence and its relevance to leadership. You'll leave knowing how to align your finest personal and professional characteristics to become the best you can be.

This is a morning presentation - join us for continental breakfast and networking, beginning at 8:00 am. Many thanks to our program sponsor: SHPS, Inc.
