This is the e-mail newsletter of the Human Resource Association of the National Capital Area (HRA-NCA), a proud affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). HRA-NCA serves HR professionals throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area with a monthly HR Speaker Series, many other professional development opportunities and the area's best compensation survey.

    June 9
  • HRA-NCA 60th anniversary celebration "Keeping in Time...Celebrating 60 Years" will be held on June 9th. Thank you to the over 140 members who registered for this free members-only event by the May 31 deadline. Registration is now closed.

    The event offers those who RSVP'd an evening of jazz entertainment, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and other festivities to recognize and appreciate our membership, to offer congratulations to the newly- elected board members, and to celebrate the spirit of our volunteers.
