HRA-NCA
Summer Member Survey Results |
|
Thanks to the 154 members that responded. Here's a summary
of what we found: Respondents felt the most important services
and resources offered by HRA-NCA were considered to be
programs, compensation survey, conferences, and career
management. Most of the respondents work in the District, but
live in Maryland and Virginia. DC is the headquarters for many
of your companies and 94 percent of you are national SHRM
members. Our largest constituencies are Generalists and
Senior- level executives. At least half of those who answered
have at least 13 years of experience in the HR field. 40
percent stated that they are employed by non-profit
organizations and 40 percent of work at an organization where
over 500 people are employed (probably not the same
people...). Almost 75 percent of those who responded are not
acting as a sole practitioner in their organization.
We
received excellent suggestions and feedback regarding
speakers, venues, times, costs, communications, and programs.
We thank you for your feedback and look forward to evaluating
what we can do to ensure that HRA-NCA not only lives up to
your expectations, but surpasses them! |
