Sponsor an HRA-NCA Monthly Chapter Meeting

Join HRA-NCA at our monthly chapter meetings or other special events, where we host professional development and speaker programs for our members and non-member guests. Typically attendance ranges from 40–80 HR professionals. While our venues may change occasionally, most of our meetings are held in downtown Washington, DC. For more details on upcoming events, see our event listings page.  Sponsorship of a chapter event includes a skirted table and chairs for your display, complimentary meal and beverage for up to two persons from your organization, up to 10 minutes at the microphone to present your organization and introduce our event speaker, distribute handouts, your logo and mention in our event promotional materials.

Sponsor an HRA-NCA Survey Event

These meetings promote our widely-popular regional survey products, including HRA-NCA Compensation, Benefits and Government Contractors surveys, to our members and non-member guests. Meetings last approximately 2 hours. Attendance ranges between 75-125 HR Comp and Benefits professionals, HR Directors and Managers, and other survey customers and decision-makers. Sponsor package includes skirted table and chairs, complimentary meal and beverage for two persons, 5-10 minutes to speak at microphone, distribution of handouts, logo and mention in our event promotional materials and newsletters. Sponsor an In-Person HRA-NCA Career Management Program or an Online Webinar

These are smaller, more intimate meetings for our members and non-member guests that last approximately 2 hours.  Attendance ranges between 20-40 HR professionals, directors, managers, recruiters, job seekers, and the like. For a fee of $100 you may sponsor an in-person CMP event, or on online webinar.  Attend the event, address our group for 5 minutes, and present handouts (in-person only).  Your logo goes in our website and 1 newsletter issue.  Venues and times for these events do vary, so check our events listings for more details on upcoming programs.

E-Newsletter Advertising

SORRY, HRA-NCA NEWSLETTER ADS ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE.  Reach over 3,000 local HR professionals at once!  We run twice monthly issues for Sept-June, one monthly issue for July and Aug.  For a sample of our newsletter, click here. We permit up to 3 sponsors for each issue and these do sell quickly, so reserve your space now! Your ad can include your logo, a link, and up to 250 words of text.

Image size: 380 pixels x 225 pixels (maximum). Type:  GIF, JPEG, or PNG only. OR: Send us up to 250 words of text along with your company logo (250 x 200 pixels maximum GIF, JPEG, or PNG). Note: Animated .GIF images will only display the first frame in email clients. It is recommended NOT to use animated ads. 

Gifts/Donations Advertising

Send us a gift donation for use at our monthly raffle!  We'll mention your company name at the event, or put your logo on our website and/or in our E-newsletter.  Our monthly meetings host approximately 50 HR professionals from DC/VA/MD, and our newsletters reach over 6,000 area professionals.  $ Value is at your discretion.  HRA-NCA's Tax ID number is 52-141-0623.  Click here if you need a copy of our W-9 Form.

 

HRA-NCA Annual Conference Sponsor Packages

Maximize your marketing efforts and gain valuable face time with Human Resource professionals from around the greater Washington DC area at HRA-NCA’s annual conference. This full-day event is very lucrative to sponsors as it will allow for the maximization of time, effort and resources. Each sponsor package offers unique visibility and benefits that are a perfect complement to your marketing plan!

Choose between several sponsor package options ranging in price from $300 - $2,500.  A portion of the proceeds from each sponsor package will be donated to the SHRM Foundation for further advancement of the HR profession.

BUDGET NOW for 2014 based on 2013 pricing:  GREAT ROOM TABLES ($1,500), BREAKOUT TABLES ($1,500-$3,000), AND REGISTRATION PACKET FLYERS ($250).
